I have really been impressed with our realtor, Mary Lou McDonald and the Bayview Construction team.
My wife and I were originally looking at resales around the lake. But after many weekends going through
homes with Mary Lou and many evenings sifting through website listings we could not find the perfect
house for us. She knew that we did not want to "settle" or "make do" with what was on the market.
So, Mary Lou suggested that we take a look at the models in Emerald Bay.
The quality details in the model impressed us. We later met with Barry Pruitt from Bayview Construction
to discuss customizing the model. He was extremely knowledgeable about how to add features we had
not seen elsewhere in our house search. Both Barry and Mary Lou were invaluable in guiding us through
the customization process to select features that are not only right for us, but ones that flow with the style
of the home. I am confident that the home we are building not only has the features we want, but will
also retain its market value. Since Construction has started and we currently live 4 hours from the lake,
Mary Lou has sent us pictures of the progress every few days and keeps us posted on all details.
The Bayview Construction team has continued to be very responsive, meeting with us on our lot at the
very start of construction to determine the best site layout and which trees we can keep. It is very
reassuring to know that Bayview Construction and Mary Lou have an excellent working relationship that
keeps our interests at the forefront. I know we made the right decision, we just took a while to get there."
